• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in asphalt paving or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Asphalt Paving Crew Member

Assist with paving, surface preparation, cleanup, material handling and general crew duties on residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work outdoors
• Ability to follow directions and work safely around equipment
• Construction or paving experience is helpful but not always required
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the workday

Equipment Operator

Operate and help maintain paving and site-preparation equipment while supporting grading, material placement and asphalt projects.

Qualifications

• Experience operating construction equipment
• Good awareness of people, vehicles and worksite conditions
• Dependable attendance and careful equipment habits
• Ability to work outdoors and follow project safety procedures

Paving Crew Lead

Coordinate field crews, equipment, preparation activities and daily paving work while keeping a clear focus on project quality.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant paving or construction experience
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew members and project contacts
• Strong understanding of asphalt preparation and paving practices
• Dependable leadership and attention to detail

Site Preparation Laborer

Support grading, base preparation, cleanup, material movement and other site tasks needed before paving.

Qualifications

• Prior site or construction experience is helpful
